RETURNS
Items may be returned for credit or refund at our discretion within 10 days of delivery. Call 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PST Monday through Friday to get a return authorization. Please have your invoice ready when you call. Returns after 10 days of the invoice date are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days. Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Due to their nature some items such as kits, cut or measured product, OR SPECIAL OFFER PRICE items, are non-returnable. No freight collect or COD returns accepted. Parcels damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipper. Shipping and handling charges on returned goods are non-refundable.

Firgelli, use UPS services for the delivery of goods, all goods are normally picked up by UPS the next business day after your order has been received. In addition Firgelli will email you your UPS tracking number so that you can track your shipment through our website or fedex.com. Firgelli have quoted the delivery times at the time your order has been picked up by UPS, however Firgelli are not responsible for deliveries that do not meet the exact delivery period, and shipments may vary depending on your location and other factors not in the control of Firgelli.
